Processing Times Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery – 2-3 business days — £4.99
- Express Delivery – Next business day — £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
For international orders, delivery times and costs will vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vortopt.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
