Shipping Policy

Vortopt UK is a trading name of Bosworth Group Ltd. This policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

2. Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery method and charges

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery charges include VAT.

Orders under £40: £4.99
Orders of £40 or more: free delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and they exclude weekends and bank holidays.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

5. If you are not in

If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will normally leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect it from your local delivery office. Please contact us if your parcel is returned to us undelivered.

6. Damaged, missing or late items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as you reasonably can at hello@vortopt.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage, including the outer packaging. Telling us quickly helps us claim from Royal Mail and put things right faster, but it does not affect your legal rights. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it with Royal Mail.
